Why Won't Vonage Comment About Reliability
We all know that Vonage has a problem with the quality of their service. Customer service has historically been poor and has actually been getting worse. When you add lousy voice quality and an increasing frequency of dopped calls is it any wonder they have been loosing business. When asked by a
writer from the NY Times, Vonage has taken the no comment approach.
