Who can participate?
Anyone! We accept referrals for call centers that are based in the U.S & Canada. Leads can be referred by corporations, partnerships, LLC or individuals (consistent with your company guidelines). A lead is defined as a named contact with company affiliation and contact information determined.

Question: Do I have to be an AVAD Technologies customer?
No, the AVAD Technologies Referral Program is open to anyone.
Question: Do I have to be the account holder with AVAD Technologies?
No, our program is available to anyone, including any AVAD Technologies user.
Question: Do you pay me (the referrer) personally?
Yes, if that is your preference for the standard 24-month period.
Question: How long do I have to wait for payment(s)?
For the standard 24-month period, payment is issued on a monthly basis, and only after AVAD Technologies receives payment from the companies that you refer. Therefore, your commissions may take more than one monthly cycle to be issued.
Question: What if the organization I refer does not become a AVAD Technologies customer?
Commissions are only issued for referrals when they result in a sale of AVAD Technologies Hosted VoIP service. Referrals that do not become customers are not eligible for commission payments.
Question: Are the commissions taxable?
Yes, the commissions are taxable income. For additional tax guidance, AVAD Technologies recommends that you consult a financial advisor.
