How our predictive dialer works:

AVAD’s Hosted Predictive Dialer dramatically increases your callers’ productivity by reducing the time between answered calls. If you’re not familiar with predictive dialing, here’s how it works:

  1. Callers log on to our hosted predictive dialer, which then calls out to a list of phone numbers.
  2. By monitoring how many people actually pick up, the predictive dialer makes multiple dials to ensure that someone will answer almost every call.
  3. Additionally, the dialer tracks the length of each conversation, so it can deliver a new call shortly after you finish the previous one.

Our hosted predictive dialer also has preview and power dialer modes.

AVAD’s Power Dialer is part of its hosted predictive dialer software. A power dialer calls through a list of phone numbers at set ratio: for example, 3:1 power dialing dials 3 numbers for every available caller. Our power dialer mode is faster than our preview dialer mode, which dials one number at a time, but slower than our predictive dialer mode, which uses real-time data to optimize the dialing rate.

AVAD’s Preview Dialer is part of its hosted predictive dialer software. A preview dialer displays the name of the next person in a list of phone numbers and gives you the option to call or skip that person. Preview dialing is perfect for people making calls by themselves, or for high-value lists where abandoned calls are unacceptable.
