Virtual Extensions have the same features as our Advanced Extension Plan except the user does not have an IP Phone attached to this account.
A Virtual Extension User can route incoming calls to multiple destinations outside your office phone system including cell phones, home phones and or any phone number in any location. This is particularly convenient for road warriors that work remotely for extended periods of time and who don’t want to miss important calls.
The Virtual User Plan includes the following features;
- Extension off primary company number
- A live extension and listing in company directory
- Incoming calls forwarded to any outside number
- Auto-attendant & Hunt Group routing
- Enhanced Voice Mail including Voice Mail to E-Mail
- Included in Dial By Name Company Directory
Virtual Extensions can be created at any time and attached to any standard IP Phone. You company can have an unlimited number or Virtual Extension Users and these Users can be in any geographical location.
