The following are the steps to getting started with AVAD Business Hosted VoIP phone service.
Step: 1: Tell Us About Your Business
Before We Start, We Listen
Before we can create a phone system for your business, we need to understand what are your objectives, budgetary constraints and any specific requirements you have for your new phone system.
To begin the process, you can either call 800.733.4136 to speak with a business VoIP specialist or complete our Request for Proposal form.
Step 2: We Prepare A Detailed Proposal
We Create A Customized Quote
Based on your requirements, we prepare a detailed Proposal. This proposal lists all the details of your system including monthly recurring costs, IP hardware requirements and a description of the configuration of your system.
We then will e-mail the proposal to you for review. Most proposals take 24-hours. More complex proposals can take up to 5 days.
Step 3: Review And Modify Proposal
We Help You Create Your Phone System
After reviewing your proposal, you can either sign it or work with one of our business VoIP specialists to make modifications to the proposal so it exactly matches your requirements. We will work with you as long as it takes.
Don’t worry that you may not have communicated every last detail. One of the biggest benefits of a Hosted VoIP Phone system is that it is easy to make modifications to the system, even at the last-minute. Even after installation, you can make changes as needed, without purchasing additional hardware or incurring additional installation charges. AVAD does not charge for installation.
Step 4: Sign And Return Proposal
If you agree with the changes, sign the quote and return to AVAD. The installation of your new AVAD Business VoIP phone system begins at this point.
After receiving the signed proposal, AVAD will prepare and send to you the “Contract For Services”. The Contract For Services is the legal agreement that governs the relationship between your company and AVAD.
Step 5: Installation
One of the biggest benefits of working with AVAD Technologies is that we become a partner you can rely on. We will work with your company to ensure the installation of your new business VoIP phone system goes as smoothly as possible.
