Who can participate?

Anyone! We accept referrals for call centers that are based in the U.S & Canada. Leads can be referred by corporations, partnerships, LLC or individuals (consistent with your company guidelines). A lead is defined as a named contact with company affiliation and contact information determined.

Question: Do I have to be an AVAD Technologies customer?

No, the AVAD Technologies Referral Program is open to anyone.

Question: Do I have to be the account holder with AVAD Technologies?

No, our program is available to anyone, including any AVAD Technologies user.

Question: Do you pay me (the referrer) personally?

Yes, if that is your preference for the standard 24-month period.

Question: How long do I have to wait for payment(s)?

For the standard 24-month period, payment is issued on a monthly basis, and only after AVAD Technologies receives payment from the companies that you refer. Therefore, your commissions may take more than one monthly cycle to be issued.

Question: What if the organization I refer does not become a AVAD Technologies customer?

Commissions are only issued for referrals when they result in a sale of AVAD Technologies Hosted VoIP service. Referrals that do not become customers are not eligible for commission payments.

Question: Are the commissions taxable?

Yes, the commissions are taxable income. For additional tax guidance, AVAD Technologies recommends that you consult a financial advisor.

AVAD Technologies Agent program is a way for businesses to earn commissions from selling AVAD Technologies Hosted Voice over IP phone service.

Who can participate in the AVAD Technologies Agent Program?

Anyone interested in distributing VoIP service may apply. The AVAD Technologies Agent Program is designed for partners distributing fewer than 500 new accounts a month.

Competitive Recurring Commission Structure

(The following schedule assumes a minimum 2 year contract.)

1. 10.00% commission, for the first 1,000
2. 12.50% commission, for the next 1,001 to 2,500
3. 15.00% commission, for the range of 2,501 plus users

A user is defined as a VoIP phone circuit consisting of a unique phone number (DID), or extension, which the customer recognizes as billable.Commission payments shall only be paid from actual customer receipts, which AVAD Technologies; LLC agrees to use commercially reasonable efforts to collect.

No Charge for Support and Training

AVAD provides ongoing support and training to your staff at no charge. Most other telecommunications companies charge for modifications to your telecommunications system. These modifications known as “Move’s, Add’s & Changes”, tend to increase as the size of your company increases, and can add significantly to your overall telecommunications expense. Not at AVAD, we do not charge for Moves, Add’s and Changes.
