Competitive Recurring Commission Structure
(The following schedule assumes a minimum 2 year contract.)
- 10.00% commission, for the first 1,000
- 12.50% commission, for the next 1,001 to 2,500
- 15.00% commission, for the range of 2,501 plus users
A user is defined as a VoIP phone circuit consisting of a unique phone number (DID), or extension, which the customer recognizes as billable.
Commission payments shall only be paid from actual customer receipts, which AVAD Technologies agrees to use commercially reasonable efforts to collect.

For the standard 24-month period, payment is issued on a monthly basis, and only after AVAD Technologies receives payment from the companies that you refer. Therefore, your commissions may take more than one monthly cycle to be issued.
Question: What if the organization I refer does not become a AVAD Technologies customer?
Commissions are only issued for referrals when they result in a sale of AVAD Technologies Hosted VoIP service. Referrals that do not become customers are not eligible for commission payments.
Question: Are the commissions taxable?
